Job summary

La Fosse is seeking a Head of QA to own testing for an education-focused client undergoing a major transformation. You will shape the testing strategy, build capability and influence quality across software development teams, operating at both strategic and delivery levels with engineering and product colleagues.

The role is hybrid with 2 days per week in central London, offering a salary up to £75,000, with potential flexibility toward £80,000, plus a strong pension contribution and flexible

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in QA leadership roles.
• Ability to define and evolve QA strategy and testing
• Experience embedding quality in SDLC and working with product teams

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the organisation’s QA and testing strategy.
• Lead a small QA/Test function with growth potential.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and technology teams on quality.
• Introduce risk-based approaches to testing and focus where value is highest.
• Contribute to test automation strategy across Java/Oracle/MuleSoft environments.
