Job summary

La Fosse is seeking a Quality Engineering Lead to own quality engineering across software delivery in a rapidly scaling tech insurer. This hands-on leadership role combines QA strategy, standards and automation, with matrix management across engineering squads.

Key focuses include strengthening quality in the SDLC, expanding test automation, reducing manual regression, and embedding quality through Agile practices. Hybrid London office; right to work in the UK required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in QA and test automation.
• Experience owning or leading a QA strategy.
• Ability to lead teams in a matrix structure.
• Experience with data-heavy applications.
• Interest in applying AI to testing and quality engineering.

• Define and drive the QA and test automation strategy.
• Establish quality standards across engineering teams.

• Expand existing test automation and reduce manual regression.
