Job summary

Luxoft is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our fast-growing fintech data analytics team. You will drive data and software QA, performance testing, and automation to bring ideas from prototype to production in a high-volume environment.

You will design test plans, automate data quality checks, and collaborate across engineering to continuously improve quality and release velocity using AI-assisted testing techniques.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in data/software QA with fintech/data analytics focus.
• Strong test design and data quality mindset.
• Experience with ETL, SQL and scripting.
• Automation and AI-assisted testing experience encouraged.
• Excellent communication and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Review requirement documents and quality specifications to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Create clear, concise, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate quality testing activities.
• Design, develop and execute thorough data quality automation tests.
• Track quality assurance metrics and report results.
• Creating bug reports based on test execution results.
• Be ready to learn automation on the project and related technologies.
• Building and maintaining automated testing frameworks.
• Test case adjustments for automated testing needs.
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
• Utilization of emerging technologies, including AI tools, to improve velocity, efficiency, and quality of work.
