Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking a QA professional to help transform critical financial applications through robust test strategies, automation, and data validation. You will design and execute tests across functional, regression, and integration scenarios, and ensure compliance with GDPR and SOX requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and executing tests across functional, regression, and integration scenarios.
• Knowledge of financial data flows and reporting.
• Experience with automation frameworks and performance testing.
• Writing SQL queries to validate data across databases and pipelines.
• Familiarity with GDPR/SOX regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute manual and automated test cases across functional, regression, and integration scenarios.
• Review designed test cases with BA/DEV and start execution.
• Validate financial calculations, transaction flows, compliance logic, and reporting across platforms.
• Develop and maintain test automation scripts using approved tools.
• Ensure regulatory requirements are met through targeted test scenarios and documentation.
• Log, track, triage, and report defects.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into test cases.
• Create and update documentation and knowledge repository.
