Job summary

Lumacron Technology, a CACI company, is expanding its European Headquarters in Edinburgh Park and seeks a Quality Assurance Test Engineer to design, verify and implement test suites across its flagship network monitoring products.

Reporting to the R&D Project Manager, you will lead automated and manual testing across functional, non-functional, system and security domains, collaborate with software, firmware and hardware teams, and help automate existing test processes to ensure high quality

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of relevant QA experience.
• Ability to comply with the UK GOV National Security Vetting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Design, verify and implement test suites across Lumacron’s flagship network monitoring products.
• Lead QA and software testing across functional, non-functional, system, performance, regression and security elements.
• Develop, maintain and expand automated test suites and identify opportunities to automate manual tests.
• Collaborate with software, firmware and hardware teams to investigate, report and resolve issues and ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle.
