Job summary

Roboyo Group is seeking a hands-on Senior Application QA to join our Quality Engineering team for a major UK Financial Services client. You will drive testing strategy, design automation, and collaborate across the SDLC to deliver robust Appian-based enterprise applications.

Responsibilities include manual and automated testing, API validation, CI/CD integration, and production support. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and UK regulatory contexts is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Software Testing or Quality Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to QA strategy and testing standards across the SDLC.
• Design, execute and maintain manual and automated test cases.
• Validate RESTful APIs and integrations with Appian and third-party systems.
• Plan tests, estimate effort and maintain traceability between requirements and defects.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and support releases.
• Support production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Engage in non-functional testing: performance, accessibility, security, compatibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality and processes.
