Job summary

Waracle is seeking a Senior QA to join our hybrid London-based team, driving quality across mobile apps and APIs with strong automation expertise. You will shape automation frameworks, embed testing early, and work closely with engineering, DevOps and security to deliver scalable digital products.

You will mentor peers, contribute to design of robust test strategies, and partner with cross-functional teams to raise quality across the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in software quality engineering and test automation across mobile apps (iOS/Android) and APIs.
• Hands-on programming skills in Java, TypeScript and/or Python, with automation framework design experience.
• Proven ability to design, develop and maintain scalable automation for mobile and API testing.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve scalable automation frameworks for mobile apps (iOS/Android) and APIs and integrate checks into CI/CD pipelines.
• Embed quality early in delivery lifecycle, including data management, security, accessibility and performance checks.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps and security to improve testability and sustain quality processes.
• Mentoring and coaching of fellow QA engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
