Your Parking Space is seeking a forward thinking and dynamic Senior QA Engineer to join our growing team.

As a Senior QA Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our parking products meet impeccable quality standards. The role involves designing and executing cutting-edge test cases to ensure our product’s high quality standards, driving continuous improvement, championing best practices, and fostering mentorship and knowledge sharing within the team.

Your expertise are required to:

• Own and enhance the testing lifecycle by implementing innovative solutions for greater efficiency.
• Collaborate in an agile environment with developers and product managers to deliver robust, multi-platform software.
• Provide strategic test estimates and coordinate comprehensive test activities.
• Identify, document, track, and resolve quality issues and defects, maintaining high standards.
• Mitigate risks, ensure thorough test coverage, validate new features, and lead regression testing.
• Manage test cases in TestRail and track defects using Jira.
• Promote knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and mentorship within the team.
• Maintain and create feature documentation for team-wide use.
• Pursue team goals and personal development across short, mid, and long-term horizons.

We require:

• Minimum 3 years QA experience with expertise in test plan development, execution, and reporting.
• Proven success in product-led environments, working with cross-functional teams to deliver quality products.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of projects and proactively seeking out opportunities for improvement.
• Experience in leading knowledge-sharing initiatives and upskilling team members.
• Skilled in driving process improvements within QA and the wider organisation.
• Mobile application testing experience, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Desirable: Working knowledge of SQL, API testing with Postman, and familiarity with automation testing tools and frameworks.

We offer you:

• Salary £35,000 - £40,000
