Requirements

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts to ensure the quality of software products.
• Conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and identify defects.
• Identify and report defects by doing manual and automated testing.
• Work closely with developers to resolve defects and ensure quality improvements.
• Analyze test results and provide feedback to improve product quality.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools, technologies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance and hands-on testing.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience with various testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Sentry, TestRail, Postman).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automation testing frameworks and tools.
• Experience with cloud-based testing environments.
• Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB).
