Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead automated testing across web and mobile apps, using Playwright with Python and Appium. You will design, implement and maintain tests, drive CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), mentor teammates, and ensure quality through regression and collaboration with developers and product owners.

This role emphasizes thorough testing and scalable automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automation testing experience (API, Playwright, Appium).
• Proficiency in Python is essential.
• Strong understanding of the testing pyramid and standards.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain UI automated tests for web apps using Playwright/Python.
• Design, implement and maintain API automated tests in Python.
• Use AI tools to speed up test development and maintenance.
• Mentor QA team members and provide guidance.
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to improve testability.
• Conduct thorough regression testing and ensure quality of releases.
