Job summary

Areti Group | B Corp™ in London is seeking a Senior Python Engineer to help build the next generation of its AI-powered engineering platform. You will own production-grade Python services, APIs and agentic systems, shaping architecture, infrastructure and delivery from day one.

You'll focus on production readiness, security and reliability while integrating LLM-powered applications, agent orchestration and tool calling. This role is hands-on and impact-driven, not traditional data science.

Qualifications

• Senior-level backend/software engineering experience.
• Experience building APIs, services or microservices.
• Production experience with LLMs, GenAI or AI agents.
• Actual experience shipping AI-powered systems.

Responsibilities

• Build production Python services and APIs.
• Design and integrate LLM-powered apps and AI agents.
• Agent orchestration, tool calling and RAG.
• Authentication, permissions and AI guardrails implementation.
• Evaluation, monitoring and observability of systems.
• Cloud infrastructure and deployment.
• Docker, CI/CD and production engineering.
• Using AI coding tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
• Shape AI adoption across the engineering team.
