WTW is seeking a Senior Python AI Engineer to design and build a modern AI-enabled application from the inside out. You will work on agentic workflows, AI orchestration, and RAG pipelines, leveraging LangGraph, LangChain, and FastAPI within a Microsoft Azure stack.

Strong production Python experience, API development, and expertise with LLMs and retrieval-based systems are essential. Hybrid work is supported with a broad enterprise tech footprint including graph databases and multi-data stores.

Qualifications

• Strong Python development in production applications.
• Experience building APIs/backends, ideally with FastAPI.
• Proven experience with LLMs, LangChain/LangGraph, agentic workflows.
• Experience building RAG solutions and integrating multiple systems via REST APIs.
• Solid CI/CD, testing, source control and production-quality software practices.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop and maintain AI-powered services using Python.
• Build agentic workflows and AI orchestration with LangGraph/LangChain.
• Develop scalable APIs/backend services with FastAPI.
• Design RAG pipelines that combine LLMs with enterprise data sources.
• Implement retrieval strategies: vector, metadata, graph-based retrieval.
• Collaborate with architects and product owners to deliver robust AI solutions.
• Ensure integration of AI services with HR Expert application and enterprise systems.
