Job summary

Enfint in London, part of a global Japanese bank, develops high-performance trading systems and cloud infrastructure for critical front-, middle- and back-office operations.

The role designs, develops, and enhances trading platforms, translates complex requirements into scalable solutions, leads projects from design through deployment, and builds secure, highly available systems handling large market data volumes using DevOps and AWS.

Qualifications

• Advanced backend Python development experience.
• Strong AWS, DevOps, CI/CD and containerisation knowledge.
• Experience working in Front Office trading environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance high-performance trading systems and cloud infrastructure;
• Translate complex requirements into scalable, resilient technology;
• Lead projects from design through deployment;
• Build secure, highly available systems handling large volumes of market and trading data;
• Apply engineering best practices, automation, DevOps, and cloud architecture;
• Continuously improve the team's technical capabilities;
• Own the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle;
• Bring solutions to identified problems;
• Perform occasional front-end development.
