Job summary

Involved Solutions in London is seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer to design and maintain automation frameworks for telecoms networks. You will build REST APIs with Flask and FastAPI, and develop lightweight dashboards using HTML, CSS and Jinja2.

The role focuses on Python automation, backend services, and integration across PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB/Redis in a large-scale, hybrid London environment. Salary up to £108k with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Strong Python development experience.

Requirements:

• Strong commercial Python development experience
• Strong experience designing and developing REST APIs using Flask and/or FastAPI
• Experience with API authentication, error handling and documentation
• Experience with HTML, CSS and Jinja2 for lightweight web interfaces
• Strong database experience across SQL and NoSQL technologies
• Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL

• Strong experience working within Linux environments, including Bash and shell scripting

The role is focused on developing automation solutions, backend services and tooling that support complex telecoms and network operations, with a hands-on emphasis on Python, REST APIs, automation and backend development. You will work across applications supporting testing, monitoring and operational efficiency within 5G and enterprise platforms, with exposure to Linux, Docker, CI/CD, databases and network technologies. The salary is up to 90,000 plus bonus and benefits.
