Involved Solutions is hiring a Senior Python Developer to join our telecom-focused automation team in the United Kingdom. You will design and maintain Python-based automation frameworks, back-end services, and tooling to support 5G and enterprise networks.

The role partners with QA, Network Engineering, and DevOps to deliver scalable automation across platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on Python, REST API, Linux, Docker, CI/CD experience, plus knowledge of databases and network concepts.

Qualifications

• Strong Python development background with REST API design experience.
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience in Linux, scripting, and Docker containerization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Python automation frameworks and scripts for network testing and data processing.
• Build RESTful APIs using Flask or FastAPI for internal services and integrations.
• Create lightweight web dashboards using HTML/CSS/JS and Jinja2 for data visualization.
• Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis for data management.
• Build and maintain Docker environments and Docker Compose workflows.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab or similar tools.
