Living Well Consortium in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to support the Talking Therapies service. The role will involve leading a small clinical team, contributing to efficiency, quality, and ongoing development of processes and performance.

You will work with Clinical Leads and PWPs, oversee audits, shadowing, and patient assessments, while ensuring appropriate referrals and adherence to NICE guidelines.

Qualificações

• Experience with routine outcome monitoring.
• Experience carrying out risk assessments within the scope of practice.
• Experience working in a primary care setting.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the development, support and training of innovative practice within NHS Talking Therapies.
• Provide line management to a small team of clinical staff.
• Deliver case management and clinical supervision to Trainees and PWPs.
• Carry out clinical quality audits ensuring a high quality in LWC TT services, both centrally and within LWC Providers.
• Ensure KPIs are met and monitor the performance of the service.
• Ensure clients are allocated appropriately based on assessment evidence and that they receive the most appropriate treatment, therapist, and Provider for them.
• Maintain a small caseload of clients.
• Provide a range of information and support for evidence based NICE guidelines support in Talking Therapies.
