Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner for the West Talking Therapies Team. You will split time between an office in Central Cornwall for face-to-face clinics and remote work on other days.

The role involves leading low intensity service developments, supervising PWPs, and maintaining a PWP caseload while enhancing clinical skills across the team.

Formación

• Psychology degree or equivalent.
• Qualification or substantial experience in professional clinical supervision.
• Experience delivering evidence-based low intensity therapies (CBT, guided self-help)
• Talking Therapies accredited postgraduate Certificate in Low Intensity CBT

Responsabilidades

• Support Service Lead, Professional Lead & Team Managers to develop Step 2 across the organisation.
• Maintain a Step 2 PWP caseload and perform senior duties.
• Provide clinical supervision and case management for PWPs (qualified and trainees).
• Lead on low intensity service developments and in-house training workshops.
• Train and mentor trainees and other workers moving into low intensity roles.
• Integrate care with physical health services to improve outcomes for long-term conditions.
