Job summary

Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner for Birmingham Healthy Minds, South team in Northfield. The post is full-time (37.5 hours) with a hybrid work pattern including office, community and remote options.

You will supervise PWPs and trainees, maintain a small caseload and support the Step 2 lead and management team. A BABCP/BPS registered practitioner with a relevant PWP qualification is required; DBS checks

Qualifications

• Mental health experience required.
• Relevant PWP qualification & evidence of PWP registration required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical skills and case management supervision to PWPs.
• Maintain a small caseload to keep PWP skills up to date.
• Support senior PWPs and management team; participate in team supervision.
• Lead and organise community events and champion roles within the team.
