The Council’s Finance Department provides a range of effective, efficient and high-quality professional services with support to members, managers, staff, services, schools and a range of external partners in the delivery of the council objectives.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our purchase ledger section. You will be joining a busy team who are responsible for ensuring payments are made to all the candidates suppliers in a timely manner.
The successful candidate will be highly numerate, have a keen eye for detail, demonstrate strong customer service, being able to demonstrate their work well as part of a team, but have the ability to work using their own initiative when required. This is a fast-paced role and you will be required to manager multiple conflicting priorities so strong organisation skills are required.

The ability to greet customers through the medium of Welsh is a requirement for this post.
