Job summary

West Lothian Council is seeking an advanced pupil support worker for Dedridge Primary School in Livingston. The post is 14.37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, fixed term until 15 August 2027, supporting pupils in the Enhanced Resource Base to raise attainment and social development.

You will be part of a school team delivering SCERTS, transitions, behaviour support and positive relationships with peers and staff; SSSC registration is required within six months, with PVG scheme considerations.

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting pupils in a school setting.
• Registration with the SSSC within six months of starting.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils within the Enhanced Resource Base to improve attainment.
