Job summary

Grange Infants and Grange Juniors, part of The White Horse Federation, seek an experienced Senior Pupil Services Officer to work across both sites. This full-time role (37 hours per week, 41 weeks per year) is graded at M Scale and reports to the Senior Admin Officers.

You will lead pupil services and school administration, line-manage staff, and collaborate with admin colleagues across the two settings to maintain a high-quality service for pupils, families and external agencies.

Qualifications

• Educated to GCSE level, including English and Maths.
• Highly competent in using Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Experience supervising or leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the effective operation of both schools across Grange Infants and Grange Juniors.
• Provide line management and supervision of admin staff.
• Collaborate with admin colleagues to maintain high-quality pupil services.
• Report to Senior Admin Officers.
