Job summary

Coast and Vale Learning Trust is seeking an experienced Senior Pupil Services Officer to support administration across Grange Infants and Grange Juniors. The role is full-time (37 hours/week, 41 weeks/year, M Scale) and reports to Senior Admin Officers to ensure consistent pupil services across both sites.

Candidate should be an organised communicator, with GCSEs including English and Maths and strong Microsoft Office/Outlook skills; experience leading a team is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Educated to GCSE level, including English and Maths.
  • Experience as a School Administrator or Office Manager is desirable.
  • Strong IT skills with Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Support the operation of both Grange Infants and Grange Juniors, across admin and pupil services.
  • Provide line management support to team members as required.
  • Collaborate with admin colleagues to maintain high quality school administration.

Vacancy Details

We are delighted to offer an opportunity for an experienced Senior Pupil Services Officer to work across Grange Infants and Grange Juniors.

This is a full-time position, working 37 hours per week, 41 weeks per year (term time plus) and is graded at M Scale.

Reporting to the Senior Admin Officers, you will play a key role in supporting the effective operation of both schools. Working collaboratively with admin colleagues across the two settings, you will help maintain a consistent and high quality approach to pupil services and school administration. The role will also include line management responsibilities, providing support to member of the team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills who is passionate about delivering the best possible support to all.

A friendly, organised and experienced School Administrator or Office Manager.

A skilled communicator, able to communicate at all levels including staff, pupils, parents, carers and external agencies, providing outstanding customer service.

Educated to GCSE level, including English and Maths.

Highly competent in using Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Experienced in supervising or leading a team.
