Job summary

Selwood, part of The Workdry International Group, is seeking a Senior Solutions Manager based in Bristol. You come from an engineering or water-industry background and bring strong leadership to our pump solutions teams across the UK.

You will manage projects from inception to completion, travel UK-wide with occasional overnight stays, and work closely with regional directors to deliver market-leading pumping solutions while developing your team.

Qualifications

• It’s vital you thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment while balancing multiple workstreams.
• Extensive knowledge of Electrical / Mechanical pumping solutions in temporary/permanent setups.
• Proven leadership with coaching, motivation and team engagement.
• Track record of driving growth, sales and profitability.
• Experience leading Health & Safety culture and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Promote the company’s mission and values across the UK network.
• Collaborate with the Director of Solutions and wider teams to deliver market-leading pumping solutions.
• Build client interfaces, nurture relationships and safeguard the Selwood brand.
• Manage projects from inception to completion and support Pump Solutions Managers.
• Work with recruitment to attract and identify suitable candidates for vacancies.
• Lead onboarding of new recruits with structured training and mentoring.
