Job summary

Ceto Talent is seeking a Senior Solutions Manager to lead delivery of complex pumping solutions across the UK, combining engineering expertise with commercial leadership. You will drive proposals, oversee surveys, and coordinate teams to ensure safe, innovative and profitable outcomes on high-profile projects.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate utilities, contractors and customers while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering pumping solutions.
• Strong project management experience.
• Commercial awareness and project profitability experience.
• Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers and multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Own complex opportunities from enquiry through to completion.
• Lead technical meetings, site surveys and solution presentations.
• Develop commercial proposals and cost models.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure RAMS, safety, and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Monitor costs, margins and profitability of engagements.
• Support pricing strategy for large, complex opportunities.
