Job summary

Selwood Ltd in Bristol seeks a Senior Solutions Manager with an engineering background and pumps expertise to lead a regional team and drive UK projects. You will report to the Director of Solutions and steer cross-functional delivery across the UK network, building client trust and delivering market-leading pumping solutions.

You will recruit, onboard, and develop staff, balance multiple workstreams, and maintain a strong health and safety culture while growing profitability and customer

Qualifications

• Engineering background or history in the water industry.
• Sound knowledge of pumps and pump solutions.
• Strong leadership and senior management experience.
• Full driving licence and Bristol-based location.
• Willingness to travel around the UK, with overnight stays when required.
• Commercial awareness for evaluating deals during site visits.

Responsibilities

• Promote and deliver the company mission and values across the UK network.
• Collaborate with the Director of Solutions and regional teams to deliver market-leading solutions.
• Establish and develop client interfaces, maintaining trust in Selwood products and services.
• Manage projects from inception to completion and support Pump Solutions Managers.
• Assist recruitment to attract suitable candidates and onboard new staff.
• Lead in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple workstreams and client/partner relationships.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Electrical/Mechanical pumping solutions in various environments.
• Provide clear leadership, coaching, and development for the team.
• Drive growth, maximise sales and profitability while maintaining health and safety culture.
