UK Hydrographic Office (UKHO) is seeking a procurement professional to manage the full lifecycle from discovery through tendering to contract refresh. You will apply public sector rules, advise colleagues, and develop market awareness while supporting contract management and supplier relationships.

This hybrid role offers exposure to national projects and data-driven decisions, with opportunities to grow procurement capability, governance, and resilience across contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience managing the full procurement lifecycle from discovery through to contract refresh.
• Knowledge of UK public sector procurement regulations and practice.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders to deliver compliant, value-for-money outcomes.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end procurement delivery: manage lifecycle from discovery to contract award and refresh.
• Commercial and data analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Provide professional procurement advice and guidance to UKHO staff.
• Supplier relationship management including contract reviews per governance and performance requirements.
• Support wider Procurement team and contribute to larger procurement activities.
• Provide administrative support including meeting management and reporting.
