Job summary

Ten10's Scale Factory unit is seeking a senior individual contributor to lead public sector sales, building your own client portfolio across central government, local authorities, healthcare and education. You will own relationships, navigate long procurement cycles, and convert challenges into consulting, engineering and managed services opportunities across cloud, QA/testing, AI and data.

Qualifications

• Proven track record selling technology services or consulting to the public sector
• Ability to open senior conversations and manage multi-stakeholder deals
• Experience with long sales cycles, procurement routes and frameworks
• Comfort selling across multiple service lines: cloud, QA/testing, AI, data

Responsibilities

• Identify target public sector organisations and build qualified pipeline
• Lead discovery, qualification, proposals and commercial negotiations
• Own opportunities from early engagement to close and ensure CRM hygiene
