Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Public Health Engineer to join our Building Services team in the UK. You will lead PH and Fire Protection design across projects, mentor staff, and liaise with clients in a dynamic hybrid working environment.

Based in UK offices (London, Croydon, St.Albans, Manchester, Leeds, Exeter, Cardiff or Bristol), you will manage multi-disciplinary schemes, ensure QA, coordinate with Architects and Engineers, and support bids. Chartered status or active progression is preferred.

Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer with CIBSE / IET / IMechE (or working towards).
• BEng in a relevant engineering field (MEng preferred).
• CIBSE SoPHE member.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining Client relationships
• Mentoring and developing staff
• Project Managing small sized multi-disciplinary projects
• Obtain information from Architects, QS and Design Consultants for fully coordinated design
• Ensure the Design Team is kept informed of technical and other information
• Be familiar with BIM design process and support Revit projects
• Produce all design information and ensure calculations are signed off to QA procedures
• Represent AECOM at meetings with Clients, Design Team and Progress meetings
