Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: Public health engineering work experience within design consultancy or related business
• Knowledge of statutory regulations to ensure design compliance and approvals
• Ability to work independently with good time management
• Experience in mixed-use, residential, commercial and healthcare buildings/sectors
• AutoCAD proficiency to produce 2D drawings
• 3D Revit software and Navisworks proficiency
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead PH and Fire Protection system design on projects
• Mentor and develop staff within the discipline
• Manage small multi-disciplinary projects and coordinate information from Architects, Quantity Surveyors and Design Consultants
• Ensure design team is informed of technical information and QA requirements
• Support BIM processes including Revit input and model coordination
• Represent AECOM at client, design team and progress meetings
• Assist lead PH engineer with pre-qualification and tender responses
• Ensure projects comply with Project Management Plan and Programme
• Adhere to Safety, Health and Environment policies
