Job summary

Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Senior Practitioner Psychologist on a 22-month fixed-term contract for its FCAMHS. The role involves delivering the Mentalization-Based Therapy research pathway, supervising a research assistant and reporting to senior leadership.

The post holder will work within a multi-disciplinary team to provide highly specialist assessments for children and young people with complex presentations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver highly specialist psychology services to children/young people and families/carers.
• Provide specialist psychological assessments for complex presentations.
• Undertake service development projects and research as agreed with the Psychological Therapies Lead and Senior Leadership Team.
• Supervise a research assistant and report to the service Clinical Lead and National team.
