Mission 4 Recruitment is seeking a Senior Protection Advisor to join our client in Stansted Abbotts. You will convert warm, pre-qualified client leads into bespoke protection solutions, focusing on Life Cover, Critical Illness, and Income Protection, with no cold calling required.

With 100% warm leads, a comprehensive 8-day training program and ongoing coaching, you can expect uncapped commission and a clear progression route toward self-employed status.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a sales role with targets met/exceeded.
• Willingness to conduct evening appointments to fit client schedules.
• Strong communication and rapport-building over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough fact-finds and needs analyses to tailor protection portfolios.
• Convert warm, pre-qualified leads with no cold calling.
• Advise across Life Cover, Critical Illness, Income Protection, and Business Protection.
• Manage client relationships and pipeline through to underwriting.
• Maintain FCA compliance and high standards of advice.
