Mission 4 Recruitment is seeking a Senior Protection Advisor in Stansted Abbotts to handle a high-volume stream of warm, pre-qualified client leads. There is no cold calling, and you will structure bespoke protection packages across Life Cover, Critical Illness, Income Protection, and Business Protection, with evenings as needed.

The role includes an 8-day training program, ongoing coaching, and a clear path toward self-employed status.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales with targets achieved.
• Willingness to conduct evening appointments to accommodate client schedules.
• Excellent communication and active listening over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough fact-finds and needs analyses to structure tailored protection portfolios.
• Convert warm, pre-qualified client leads (no cold calling).
• Advise across Life Cover, Critical Illness, Income Protection, and Business Protection.
• Manage client relationships through to policy completion and underwriting.
• Maintain FCA compliance and ensure high standards of advice.
