Qualifications

• Experience in integrating complex hardware systems across aerospace or high-performance engineering sectors.
• Strong documentation and configuration control skills are essential.
• Experience leading commissioning, integration, or test campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration, commissioning, and test activities across internal and customer sites.
• Own technical integration documentation including ICDs, manuals, procedures, and operational docs.
• Support customer integration from interface definition through installation and operation.
• Coordinate on-site test campaigns, readiness reviews, execution and reporting.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing and testing teams to embed integration requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement from lessons learned and feedback.
