Job summary

WSP UK & Ireland is seeking a strategic Senior Proposals Manager to join our Energy team. You will lead and manage high‑value bids across the Island of Ireland, from capture planning through the full bid lifecycle, with UK‑wide and Ireland travel.

This role offers hybrid working, collaboration with cross‑functional teams, and the opportunity to shape winning solutions while coaching colleagues and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree level in a relevant subject and APMP Foundation or equivalent.
• Proven bid management experience and success in tendering.
• Strong knowledge of public and private procurement in UK/Ireland.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex, high‑value bids as bid manager or senior support.
• Ensure bid governance and review processes are followed.
• Develop tailored solutions with clients and internal teams.
• Coach colleagues on bid processes and share best practices.
• Analyse bids post‑submission to derive improvements.
