Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior Proposals Coordinator to drive bid activity across the Work Winning Lifecycle. You will work within a larger team, supporting Proposal Managers to craft high quality tender responses and manage collaboration with business leaders, technical specialists and bid professionals.

You will also help maintain a bid knowledge library, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and explore new digital bidding techniques to enhance our proposals at scale.

Qualifications

• Qualified to degree level in an appropriate subject.
• APMP Foundation as a minimum.
• Knowledge of services/proposals within Environmental and Earth Sciences is preferred.
• Strong and effective verbal and written communication, with a collaborative approach.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritise.
• Excellent command of English language for editing text and response writing.
• Robust project management with meticulous detail and quality.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• A passion for quality and continuous improvement with delivery focus.
• Self-motivated, proactive, with initiative and accountability.
• Ability to assimilate large volumes of information and manage workflows.
• Interest in digital bidding techniques.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate opportunities through the WSP Work Winning Lifecycle (Capture, Bid Prep, Qualification, RFP, Lessons learned, Handover).
• Follow WSP best practice and comply with internal governance requirements.
• Collaborate with technical leads and bid writers in developing high scoring responses.
• Produce visually appealing responses in line with our brand guidelines.
• Support project teams in preparing for interviews.
• Contribute to improving collateral in our knowledge library.
• Act as a hub of best practice and knowledge for proposals.
