Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a Proposals Manager to lead bids across the Earth & Environment team. You will guide opportunities through the Work Winning Lifecycle, collaborating with business leaders, technical specialists and proposal professionals to craft winning strategies and compelling content.

You will also maintain the bid knowledge library, support improvement initiatives, and mentor junior team members, ensuring effective handover from bid to delivery teams for smooth

Qualifications

• APMP Foundation is a minimum requirement.
• Degree level in an appropriate subject.
• Experience or familiarity with Environmental and Earth Sciences is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritise.
• High editing/editing content quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead opportunities through the WSP Work Winning Lifecycle (Capture, Bid Prep, Qualification, RFP, Lessons learned, Handover).
• Collaborate with business leaders, technical specialists and proposal professionals to form winning teams and write compelling content.
• Develop winning bid strategies and key messages for clients.
• Mentor junior team members and act as a hub of best practice for proposals.
• Ensure smooth mobilisation through effective handover to delivery teams.
