Senior Proposals Executive role in a global US firm. London based, hybrid working, 2 days from home.

This global US law firm is looking for a senior proposals executive to join their centralised pitch team, primarily supporting their Energy, Natural and Resources (ENR) group. You will work closely with the Business Development (BD) team to prepare high-quality pitches and build key relationships with the wider business development team and subject matter experts.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong writing skills, excellent proof-reading abilities, and high attention to detail.

Key duties include:

• Being the first point of contact for all pitches for the ENR team.
• Gathering content from the bid library, databases, and SMEs.
• Maintaining the content library.
• Working with the proposals manager on panel pitches, setting templates, and creating project plans.

The team is looking for someone with at least 2+ years of bids experience within professional services. Experience in the energy sector is highly favourable.
