Job summary

Boden Group in the UK is seeking a Senior Property & Workplace Manager to lead a regional property and workplace portfolio across Leeds, Manchester, Glasgow, Birmingham, Newcastle and Dublin, and to lead a team of six.

The role requires deep CRE experience, strong lease and transaction knowledge, IFRS 16 expertise, and the ability to balance commercial priorities with workplace strategy while managing senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong CRE experience with leases, rent reviews, acquisitions and disposals.
• Knowledge of landlord and tenant matters.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and align commercial priorities with workplace needs.
• Understanding of IFRS 16 is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional property and workplace portfolio across Leeds, Manchester, Glasgow, Birmingham, Newcastle and Dublin, guiding a team of six.
• Manage lease events, renewals, rent reviews, breaks, exits and disposals.
• Support searches, acquisitions and new office openings.
• Oversee full CRE transaction lifecycle including LOIs and lease documentation.
• Collaborate with legal, property and construction consultants.
• Support construction procurement and contractor appointments.
• Lead workplace strategy and performance across the portfolio.
