18Recruitment is working with a leading Estate Agent with offices across Greater London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated professional with a strong background in Property Valuing to be part of a growing team and play a key role in driving the business forward.

The ideal candidate should be located within a 10-mile radius of Richmond, Greater London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report to the Operations Director / Branch Manager.
• Secure business through accurate property valuation, providing top-quality customer service, and offering all appropriate additional services.
• Follow up on leads promptly, including sending written confirmation of follow-up valuation letters and market comparables.
• Ensure customers are fully informed about the process, costs, and financial implications.
• Utilise and comply with company systems and procedures, ensuring all fees are charged according to the terms of business.
• Maximise business efficiency through effective diary and system management, working to meet customer needs.
• Understand and aim to achieve branch and personal KPIs to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities, adjusting negotiating tactics accordingly.

The Successful Candidate will have:

• Proven experience in the property industry, with high competency in valuing sales and lettings properties.
• A good understanding of market demand and customer behaviour.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• A self-motivated and positive attitude.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership qualities and a burning ambition to succeed.
• Familiarity with IT systems.
• A full UK driving licence.
