We are looking for a Sales Valuer to join our Virtual Sales & Lettings team, working from Hounslow. At Foxtons, we work hard to achieve exceptional results, with industry leading technology, back office support functions and wide-reaching marketing strategies to support both you and your customers. This allows you to spend your time focusing on winning instructions, delivering the best service to your customers & hitting/exceeding sales targets!

Responsibilities

Increase market share
Conduct valuations and take on new property listings
Ensure you drive to exceed individual and branch targets
Deliver the highest level of service to all clients by yourself & team
When the Sales Manager is on annual leave, step in and manage the sales team
Assisting the Manager to develop, train and motivate the sales Negotiators in the office

About You

Experience conducting sales valuations for residential properties in London or Surrey
A proven track record of achieving & exceeding sales targets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to lease both internally and to external clients
Must be self-motivated and have the ability to demonstrate the determination to exceed targets
Full UK driving license (Manual or Automatic)
