Qualifications

• Well-organised and able to multitask across various projects.
• Experience with cladding remediation & major projects.
• A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle (where possible).

Responsibilities

• Deliver Property Management services in accordance with strict KPI’s.
• Maintain a register of all utilities and insurances.
• Carry out regular site visits to ensure all buildings are in good order.
