Job summary

Insight Executive Group (IEG) is recruiting for an Associate Director of Property Strategy to lead the Surrey NHS Foundation Trust’s property strategy, asset management and space utilisation. Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in property, estates strategy or asset management.
• Experience in managing a large, complex organisation.
• Understanding commercial and financial realities of a property portfolio.
• NHS estates experience valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term property and estates strategy, including its Property Implementation Plan.
• Lead property and asset management, portfolio planning and productivity improvement teams.
• Shape investment priorities, business cases and decisions around acquisitions, disposals and estate development.
• Improve space planning to support changing clinical and operational needs.
• Use data/insight to drive efficiencies and demonstrate value for money.
• Work with senior leaders and clinical teams to turn priorities into estate plans.
