Job summary

Humberts Estate Agents in Sevenoaks is seeking a results-driven estate agent to manage the full lifecycle of property sales. You will be a senior point of contact in the branch, negotiating offers and guiding buyers and vendors from viewing to exchange and completion.

You will own the post-sale pipeline, coordinate with solicitors and mortgage brokers, monitor chains, and keep all parties updated weekly. The role blends frontline sales with progression expertise, supported by Alto or Reapit CRM.

Qualifications

• 2.5 years of residential estate agency experience.
• Solid understanding of UK property sales, conveyancing processes, and relevant legislation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Enquiry Handling: handle inquiries via phone, portals and email; book viewings and manage the diary.
• Offer Negotiation: present and negotiate offers between buyers and vendors.
• Applicant Management: qualify applicants and cross-sell services.
• Market Expertise: provide high-level advice aligned with the Humberts brand.
• Pipeline Management: drive sales files from offer acceptance to completion.
• Stakeholder Communication: maintain proactive contact with vendors, buyers, solicitors and brokers.
• Chain Checking: monitor chains to anticipate and resolve delays.
• Updates & Reporting: provide weekly updates to parties to maintain momentum.
