Qualifications

• Extensive experience in residential Property Management.
• ARLA qualification and up-to-date knowledge of market trends.
• Strong training and mentoring ability.
• Exceptional organisation and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a portfolio of approximately 175 residential properties and provide outstanding service.
• Address maintenance issues promptly and effectively.
• Chase rental arrears and negotiate deposit returns and disputes.
• Train and mentor staff, sharing expertise with the team.
