Howard Morley & Sons is a small, independent lettings-only agency based on Guildford High Street, known for continuity, integrity and service. We seek a Senior Property Manager to oversee our local portfolio, protect landlords’ interests and keep tenants happy.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in a property management role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain regular communications with landlords and tenants.
• Ensure properties comply with industry regulations (e.g., safety certificates).
• Arrange repairs and maintenance to keep properties to a high standard.
• Conduct property inspections.
• Guide both landlords and tenants through end of tenancy processes.
• Liaise with and manage contractors.
