Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Senior Property Manager to supervise outsourced Facilities Management across UK sites, with a Manchester or Leeds base. Role involves coordinating supplier performance, reporting against KPIs, and leading the local Property Management team. Travel to clinics in the North UK will be required.

Salary £56,300–£70,300 depending on experience plus a Management Bonus, with a permanent, full-time position. Office base either Manchester or Leeds and flexible travel options available.

Qualifications

• Significant facilities management experience.
• Leadership and team coaching ability.
• Experience developing and implementing FM strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage outsourced Facilities Management services and coordinate with Property Managers.
• Audit, measure and report contracted services against SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead meetings with FM suppliers and provide timely reports.
