Job summary

Catch 22 is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee a regional portfolio of commercial properties across Leeds. This senior post delivers hard and soft FM services, manages service charge budgets, and maintains key client relationships.

You will lead site teams and contractors, supervise M&E services and compliance, conduct inspections, and drive health, safety, and sustainability standards while delivering clear reports and stakeholder updates.

Qualifications

• Senior Facilities Manager with multi-site or large-site experience.
• Strong knowledge of service charge budgets, commercial leases, and landlord&tenant relationships.
• Experience managing teams and contractors.
• Good understanding of M&E services and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

Package

• Salary around GBP50,000.
