  • Managing a portfolio of residential properties
  • Providing excellent customer service to Landlords and Tenants

  • Meeting targets and performance objectives
  • Reviewing property visit reports, check-out reports, and releasing deposits
  • Updating the system regularly
  • Ensuring property compliance with legislation
  • Assisting with accounts and landlord payments
