Encore Estate Management is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager (Estate Manager) to oversee a distinguished portfolio of high-end residential estates, primarily luxury mansions across London.

The role requires sound judgment, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach, with responsibilities in financial oversight, maintenance coordination and client relationship management to deliver outstanding service to residents and clients.

Qualificações

• A degree or equivalent education is essential; TPI Part 1 certification is essential.
• 5+ years of relevant block management or surveying experience.
• Experience managing a high-end prestigious portfolio and strong financial acumen.

Responsabilidades

• Milestone management: ensure cyclical tasks and reactive works meet KPI targets.
• Financial oversight: prepare and manage annual budgets and monitor income/expenditure.
• Maintenance management: oversee planned maintenance, site inspections, and timely issue resolution.
• Customer service excellence: maintain client relationships, lead meetings, and handle resident inquiries.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager, known at Encore as an Estate Manager, to take responsibility for a distinguished portfolio of high-end residential estates, primarily luxury mansions across London.

This role calls for sound judgement, meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach. You’ll bring expertise in financial oversight, maintenance coordination and client relationship management, ensuring each estate is managed with care and precision while providing the attentive, and outstanding service our clients expect.

What You’ll Do:

• Milestone Management: Ensure cyclical tasks and reactive works are completed on time and achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
• Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage annual budgets, generate purchase orders, and monitor income and expenditure for financial health.
• Maintenance Management: Implement and oversee planned maintenance schedules, conduct site inspections, and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
• Customer Service Excellence: Maintain strong client relationships, lead meetings, and resolve resident inquiries and complaints with professionalism and diplomacy.

What You’ll Bring:

• A degree or equivalent education, with TPI Part 1 certification essential.
• 5+ years of relevant block management or surveying expereince.
• Previous expereince of managing a high end prestigious portfolio.
• Strong financial acumen, including budget management and cost control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
