Job description

Job Title: Property Manager

Join our team at Romans in Wokingham as a Property Manager. We are seeking a dedicated individual to ensure excellent service for tenants and landlords, managing inquiries, appointments, and tenancy processes effectively.

Salary and Hours

Salary: £32,000 - £34,500 OTE, inclusive of commission, based on experience.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent communication via phone and written correspondence throughout the tenancy.
  • Handle tenants' maintenance requests, providing triage and solutions or liaising with contractors.
  • Update all parties regularly and log notes accurately.
  • Conduct regular well-being calls to landlords.
  • Coordinate property works, ensure completion and invoicing within 21 days, and keep clients informed.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and company policies across all properties.
  • Collaborate with Property Visit Clerks for property inspections and communicate outcomes.
  • Manage check-out processes, including pre-vacation calls and deposit procedures.
  • Work with team leaders to understand and address issues affecting property occupancy.
  • Maintain high levels of communication with internal and external customers.
Candidate Requirements
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
  • Full UK Driving License is required.
